Magazines use straplines as it shows whats inside and when people walk in shops they will take a glance and if they like

everything a plain colour for backgrounds and texts which can stand out which can still be simple but effective.

target audience, these headlines reveal artists/bands and there new releases , the target audiences would be anyone
