Corey Brewer
Corey Brewer of the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Corey Brewer who was projectedto be a lottery pick by ESPN’s Chad Ford in 2006. How great do you think Brewerhas bounced back after his 2008 ACL tear? Brewer beat the doctor’s predictionsbeing back in the 2008-2009 season.
Who is Corey Brewer?
Corey Brewer is 23 year old NBA player from Portland, Tennessee. Brewer did wasnot just a spark out of nowhere, he was well known as a basketball player in highschool. In 2004 Brewer was named TSSAA class 2A “Mr. Basketball.” In Brewers finalseason he averaged 29.4 points and 12.8 rebounds. In 2005 Brewer had his mostmemorable season while at the University of Florida. Where he recorded the firsttriple-double in the University’s history. This occurred on December 18, 2005posting 15 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assists. Also that game he drew six chargeson the defensive end. Corey Brewer decided to enter the NBA draft on April 5, 2007.He was selected seventh overall in the first round by the Minnesota Timberwolves.Up until the NBA Corey Brewer had always worn the jersey sporting the #2.Unfortunately that jersey had been retired due to the deceased Malik Sealer. Brewerdecided to go with #22 instead.
Where is Corey Brewer now?
Brewer is still with the Minnesota Timberwolves where his salary is $2,916,120.During the 2008-2009 Corey Brewer had confirmed that he had torn his ACL.Predictions said he was out for the rest of the season. Brewer was back and on topin no time. Most recent news is his big dunk over Derek Fisher which can be viewedhere http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tJ0BfydUtI.Lastly, we all should take note that even if you come across the worst situations, you can jump right back up from it and continue. Do not let anything stop you fromaccomplishing what you want to do. Make your own agenda and keep it. As seen onthe YouTube video of Corey jumping over Fisher, obviously this took a lot of verticaltraining. Vertical jumps of this sort are a must for all players. Here is a guide thatcan help you train your vertical jumps of this magnitude. Guide ->http://nxy.in/7kep9Have a great day,
