Dear FOIA Officer:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552).
I request that a copy of the following document(s) be provided to me. All information
regarding the Peace corps Office of Aids Relief (OAR) and the Peace Corps Office of
Glaobal Health and HIV (OGH/H) including all technical support, PEPFAR and other related
HIV funding mechanisms, reports and harmonization planning provided all posts and Peace
Corps Washington headquarters.
In order to help you determine my status for the purpose of assessing fees, you should know that I
this request is made for a scholarly or scientific purpose and not for commercial use.
I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of $___0__. If you estimate that the fees will
exceed this limit, please inform me first.
I request a waiver of fees for this request because disclosure of the requested information to me is in
the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to the public understanding of the
operations or activities of the Peace Corps and is not primarily in my commercial interest. The
requested information will be disseminated to the general public by internent.

regarding the Peace corps Office of Aids Relief (OAR) and the Peace Corps Office of Glaobal Health
and HIV (OGH/H). It is clear that, generally, speaking, FOIA 13-0205 concerns records of OAR
and OGH/H.
Please describe kinds of information you are seeking, and set priorities among such kinds of
information. It will assist staff in conducting a search for responsive material.

I am interested in all records. If you cannot provide these, then please provide a list of what is
available for the offices. Orgnaizational charts for each office might help you narrow down what you
are willing to provide in addition to funding records. If you would like specific records accessed, then
please advise what is available. If you require other FOIAs for each specific access, please advise.
