The Relationship Manager program, a collaboration between
HDFC Bank and Imarticus Learning, has been designed to
provide Relationship Manager roles to post graduate students
within HDFC bank.The objective of the program is to create a
pool of multi-skilled, job ready professionals that can contribute
to the growing business needs of a dynamic organization like
HDFC Bank.

Assessment Details

Assessments will be conducted at Imarticus centers/ Partner

The assessment comprises of an online test for English
Language, Logical Ability, Sales Situation Judgment &
Personality followed by an Imarticus interview

All selects from the above are interviewed by HDFC Bank for
final selection for the program

Eligibility

Post Graduates, 2011 to 2014 (MBA or equivalent, including
Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants)
0 4 years of work experience in the field of Sales/Marketing
Consistent Academics:50% and more
Good verbal and written communication
Successful completion of the entrance test and interview
No relatives working in HDFC Bank






Final Offer Details

Each candidate undergoes a final HDFC bank round of selection
upon completion of training

All selects after this assessment are offer placement as a
Relationship Manager with a salary of Rs 3.00 9.00 lakhs p.a

Enhancement and deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and
services as per the profile and need of HNI customers
Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the
dedicated point of contact for these customers
Sales across all product segments - Current / Saving accounts, Asset products - Credit
cards, Loan products and third party products like Insurance and Mutual Funds





Managing the High Net Worth customers of the Bank
Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and
upgrading the High Net Worth relationships.
Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers
Providing Financial planning & Investment Advise
Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit
Cards, Online trading etc.
One point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the Branch
Acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers
