The proposed project area includes Havana Street from 37th Avenue to Glenrose Road and Glenrose Road from Havana Street to 57th Avenue. The project will provide full-depth pavement rehabilitation, storm water facilities, a new 36-inch water main, new curb alignment, additional sidewalk with pedestrian buffer strip, and bike lanes. Project construction is scheduled for spring of 2015.
