200 g sour cream (nu stiu ce e asta)
500 g cucumber (castraveti)
200 g finely chopped walnuts
tablespoon finely chopped dill weed (marar)
20 ml olive oil
lemon
200 ml water
1 clove of garlic
salt
Preparation
n a soup bowl! mi" the Bulgarian yoghurt! lemon #uice! salt! chopped garlic! water! dill and
sour cream$
%dd thinly sliced peeled cucumber to the bowl$
