I wasin charge of the spreadsheet of loans to be settled and it was my duty to record certificationsreceived from banks solicitors and allocate the deals to the settlement officers. It was my duty toensure that all booking sheets and certifications were received from the solicitors prior tosettlement day and followed up solicitors for late booking sheets and certifications. I assisted withthe preparation of settlement letters and retrieved loan files from the filing room.
