The staff of Crawford Dog and Cat Hospital is asking the cat loving population of the New York Metropolitanarea to help us end the problem of cat overpopulation. We believe that the private sector, without the aid of tax incentives or government contributions can match veterinary resources withanimal welfare needs. performs low cost surgery and wellness services at The Crawford Dog and Cat Hospital onselected days by appointment only.

STATEMENT OF POLICIES

We reserve the right to refuse services to any pet that we determine to be unfit for surgery or vaccination. Animals that cannot be handled safely by our staff will not be admitted for services. A treatment plan, consent forms, and anestimate for services will be provided at the time of admission. All estimated fees are to be paid at time of admission. Additional fees incurred as explained in this brochure will be due at the time of discharge. Any balance not paid at time of discharge will be immediately turned over for collection for the amount due, plus the Crawford Donation, plus collection fees.
