Dear Presiding Justice Grunis:
I write to request your clarifications regarding your August 28, 2014 response on my
August 17, 2014 notice, in reference.
Your response in part says:
...your August 17, 2014 letter was received in the bureau of the Honorable Presiding
Justice Asher Grunis and brought for his inspection. Your letter pertains to a case that
is under review in the Tel-Aviv Magistrate Court. You are not a party to the case. The
Presiding Justice sees no reason to interfere in a case that is under review.

a) "You are not a party to the case"

My notice was provided as performance of my civic duty, following the discovery of
evidence of Perversion of Justice and Fraud Upon the Court in the court file in
reference. Therefore, my standing, or lack thereof, as a party in the case is irrelevant.
With it, since I am not a party to the case, the appearance in the same court file of
multiple copies of my August 17, 2014 notice, as well as the August 24 and August
31, 2014 "Post-it Decisions" on it by Judges Yael Pradelsky and Zivah HadassiHerman should be deemed additional evidence of Perversion of Justice in this case.

b) "... a case that is under review in the Tel-Aviv Magistrate Court"
The evidence indicates that the case is not under review in a court that is duly
operating, pursuant to the law of the State of Israel:
i. Presiding Judge Hadassi-Herman and Clerk of the Court Rahamim Asher refuse
to present a copy of the latter's appointment record. [4] According to a ruling of
the Israeli courts, a court which operates with no lawful Office of the Clerk, is an
incompetent court.
ii. Judge Pradelsky's decisions in this court file are not duly served and they lack
authentication by the Clerk of the Court.
iii. The May 26, 2014 Protocol and Decision by Judge Pardelsky, regarding conduct
of a criminal prosecution, including admission of evidence with no witnesses, is
highly suspect as a perverted court record, and the Clerk of the Court refuses to
provide Defendant Rotem a copy of it, certified "True Copy of the Original". [5]

iv. Attorneys Neil Simon, Itzik Sadeh, and Yossi Sakah appeared as purported
outside Public Defenders for Defendant Rotem in this case without filing
Certificates of Counsel, with no statements on the record regarding their
standing, if any, as Counsel for Defendant, without filing their Appointment
Records by the office of District Public Defender, if any exist, and without due
actions on appointments and replacements of Public Defenders in a criminal
prosecution by Judge Yael Pradelsky, as prescribed by law.
v. The evidence shows that Pro Tem Tel-Aviv District Public Defender Elkana Leist
and National Public Defender Yoav Sapir collude in conduct of Judge Yael
Pradelsky and the purported outside Public Defenders, named above.
Therefore, your refusal to initiate any corrective actions in this matter is worrisome.
In this regard, one should also note your own conduct in Moti Ashkenazi+76 Others v
Minister of Justice and Director of the Enforcement and Collections Authority (HCJ
2300/11). [6-8] I am not a party to that petition, either. However, in records, which I
duly filed in that case, and in your decisions on my records, conduct is documented,
which is remarkably similar to Judge Yael Pradelsky's conduct in the case in
reference.
Moreover, both cases originate in unlawful conduct of State of Israel law-enforcement
agencies:
Conduct of the Tel-Aviv Magistrate Court in the Rotem prosecution is related to
cover-up efforts, regarding mounting evidence of organized crime in the Tax
Authority and retaliation against a whistle-blower by the State of Israel courts.
Conduct of the High Court of Justice in the Ashkenazi+76 others petition is related
to cover-up efforts, regarding mounting evidence of large-scale fraud and
organized crime on the debtors through collusion of banks, large corporations,
their attorneys, magistrates, and senior officers of the Enforcement and Collection
Authority by the debtors' courts and other State of Israel courts.
Overall, the evidence shows that your legacy as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court
(2012-2015) is the full integration of the courts of the State of Israel into what is
termed in criminology, "Organized State Crime" - a trend that started under the tenure
of Presiding Justice Aharon Barak (1995-2006).
