We offer free bet promotions on a regular basis. This is to encourage customers toopen accounts with us rather than our competitors. In some instances, we may targetour lapsed customers who have not placed bets with us for some time.To check if a customer has any active free bets on their account, click on the ‘FBs’button on the Telebet screen.This will display the screen below. This screen displays any tokens the customer hasavailable. It includes the token’s value, expiry date and the events it can beredeemed on.90
