In Exodus 3:15 the LORD reveals
His name as thefour Hebrew lettered tetragramatron yod-hey-vav-hey or“YHWH
.”
Some pronounce this name as “Yahweh” or “Yahuah
.” Throughout the Bible,
 YHWH
is used over 6,000 times exclusivelyas the name of the Father. This name is usually explained in thepreface or introduction of most Bibles and hidden behindtranslator’s techniques. The King James Version capitalizes thewords “LORD” or “GOD” in an effort to alert the reader that
 YHWH
” is the Hebrew word behind the English. From this point forward in this book, all references to the Godof Israel will be made as “
 YHWH Elohim
.”Over two-thousand years ago a little boy was given a specialname by direction of heavenly messengers. “She will give birth to ason, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will savehis people from their sins,” Matthew 1:21. Of course, this verse hasbeen translated into English. Originally, the angels spoke thelanguage of Hebrew to this Jewish couple. The baby was actuallygiven a Hebrew name. (English wasn’t spoken for thousands of yearslater!) The child was named “Yahoshua” or “Y’shua” for short. TheSavior never heard the name “Jesus” while He walked the earth.“Y’shua” is the exact Hebrew word for “salvation.” Every timesomeone uses His name, they are actually calling out the word“salvation.” This is easy to miss as most people read English Biblesthat have mistranslated and changed the name from Greek andHebrew texts. Yet, using His true Hebrew name puts Yahoshua backinto Hebrew context, which helps a person understand His actionsand words better. “Wherefore the Almighty also hath highly exaltedhim, and given him a name which is above every name. That at thename of Yahoshua every knee should bow… and every tongueshould confess that Yahoshua the Messiah is Master, to the glory of the Father,” Philippians 2:9-11. Finally, Acts 4:12 gives a compellingargument to use the true name. The verse reads, “salvation is foundin no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given tomen by which we must be saved.”From this point forward in this book, all references to theMessiah will be made to the Hebrew name “Y’shua.”

Sunday Morning Blues Truth about Sunday worship
During colonial times, several states enacted “blue laws” toenforce the observance of Sunday as a day of worship. Manypeople were arrested for playing cards or fixing wagon wheels onSunday. In the Palmetto State of South Carolina, these laws forbidpeople from shopping on Sunday morning or purchasing alcohol. InVirginia it is still against the law to hunt on Sunday. A person whowatches pornography on Sunday can receive a five year jail sentencefor violating the “blue laws” of Connecticut. Many of these laws arestill binding. Should the state enforce a mandated Sunday Sabbathon all people?History records the first blue law was passed by Roman EmperorConstantine the Great. In 321AD an edict forbids work on the firstday of the week for everyone but farmers. It said, “Let all judgesand all city people and all tradesmen rest upon the venerable day of the sun. But let those dwelling in the country freely and with fullliberty attend to the culture of their fields; since it frequentlyhappens that no other day is so fit for the sowing of grain, or theplanting of vines; hence, the favorable time should not be allowedto pass, lest the provisions of heaven be lost."Note that Constantine made this decree in honor of the SUN andnot the Biblical Sabbath. Don’t be mistaken! This edict wasn’t givento push people towards true worship. The emperor was an absolutepagan who murdered those who disagreed with him and refusedbaptism until he took his last breath. Constantine set aside SUNday

to unify his empire for one common day to worship the sun. Indoing so, Constantine passed the very first “blue law.” Until then, thefirst church kept the Sabbath on the seventh dayof the week as eternally commanded in the book of Genesis. “Thusthe heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. Bythe seventh day Elohim had finished the work he had been doing; soon the seventh day he rested from all his work. And Elohim blessedthe seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from allthe work of creating that he had done,” Genesis 2:1-2. Theimportance of a specific day for worship is repeated with the givingof the Ten Commandments as well. The specific day of our worshipand rest does indeed matter to the Almighty. The modern calendar clearly shows what day is what. Plus, inthe latest edition of Webster’s Unabridged Dictionary, the definitionfor ‘seventh day’ references: “Saturday, the seventh day of theweek.” The Sabbath wasn’t changed in the New Testament. MessiahHimself, kept the true Sabbath, “And he came to Nazareth, wherehe had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into thesynagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read,” Luke 4:16.Even the Apostle Paul kept Saturday as holy. “And Paul reasoned inthe synagogue every Sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and theGreeks,” Acts 18:4. Notice that Jews and Greeks were worshippingtogether. Saturday isn’t the “Jewish” Sabbath, but the Biblical one.Seventh day Sabbath observance is intended for all Bible believers.History shows that the day of worship wasn’t changed by theCreator, but by man. The first “Blue Law” was enacted by a Romanempire. Such laws continue in South Carolina to erroneouslypromote a false day of worship. Believers must make the choice tokeep the Biblical seventh-day Sabbath.
Protestant and Catholic Confessions about the Sabbath
James Cardinal Gibbons, The Faith of our Fathers, 88th ed., pp. 89."But you may read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, and youwill not find a single line authorizing the sanctification of Sunday. TheScriptures enforce the religious observance of Saturday, a day whichwenever sanctify."Stephen Keenan,A Doctrinal Catechism3rd ed., p. 174."Question: Have you any other way of proving that the Church haspower to institute festivals of precept?"Answer: Had she not such power, she could not have done that inwhich all modern religionists agree with her-she could not havesubstituted the observance of Sunday, the first day of the week, for the
