There are hundreds of varieties of aloe that grow all overthe world. Most have medicinal properties. However, it is aloebarbadensis that is known as aloe vera, the species with themost value as a natural remedy. Aloe arborescens, the fastgrowing aloe with spiraling leaves, is more common as ahouseplant and wild succulent in North America and its gel hashealing properties as well but it is less powerful than aloebarbadensis. The gel of the aoe vera plant has a cooling, soothing effect onacne sores. What you will need to do is to plan on eating nothingbut fruit for only one week. Things like peaches, apples, pears, grapes, and especially grapefruit are a good choice among thefruits you can choose to eat. You need to eat at least three fullmeals each day with nothing but fresh fruits. You also needdrink only water to help cleanse out your system.
