This booklet was first written in 2004 as an introduction to drop in students of Tai Chi on the coast of Granada in Spain. The idea was to try and contectualise Tai Chi and serve as a basic guide for practice away from a class. There are 2 further guides in the series, available free on Scribd.
All 3 books form a visual guide to the The Manual of Bean Curd Boxing - Tai Chi and the Noble Art of Leaving Things Undone. This is the book that explains why we do the things we do, both inside and outside the class. Bob Klein, author of Movements of Magic said of The Manual of Bean Curd Boxing: "...a great contribution to the world of Tai Chi".
