Objective

Clinical Experience
Dental Hygiene Manager, Sandoval Dental Care 2008 to date
Supervised three dental hygienists, aligning patient care in accordance with Sandoval Dental Care standards.
Participated in monthly management meetings to identify and develop dental hygiene department goals,
convey plans, discuss and develop strategies to facilitate practice operations.
Conducted monthly team meetings to inform and provide training on Sandoval Dental Care expectations.
Collaborated with the Clinical Manager to obtain necessary armamentarium to improve the working
environment for dental hygienists, facilitating more effective and efficient prophylaxis and/or therapies.
Maintained and improved clear, open communication between the dentist and dental hygienists

Consistently produced diagnostic quality radiographs as prescribed.
