Be extremely careful when it comes to removing the LCD screen. Following these instructions, I managed to crack mine, while prising it from the phone as gently as possible :(
Under the screen, there is a strip of (very) sticky tape, running all the way around the edge, holding the screen to the body.
Hopefully, this information will help you remove the screen safely.
