Next Phase of Vacant Building
Initiative
The City Attorney’s Office has identified the next
six buildings for the second phase of its Vacant
Building Code enforcement initiative .

Each of the six buildings identified is located


within the Central Business District.

During the first phase of the clean-up,
which began in early Fall 2008, Code
and Fire department inspectors
identified seven unoccupied
properties with the most significant
violations.
