RESERVATIONS
Tickets can be reserved in person or over thephone in advance for any performance atEden Court. Reservations may not be madefor events less than 7 days away. We will holdreserved tickets for three working days.Please note that any reservations not paidfor in full within three working days will bereleased for sale.
REDUCED RATES
Reduced rates are offered for mostperformances. Only one reduction appliesper ticket. Reductions usually apply to under18s, full-time students, over 60s, peopleclaiming unemployment benefit, people withdisabilities, people on income support andparties of 10 or more. We may ask to seeproof of reduced rate status. People withdisabilities may bring an escort at a reducedrate price if assistance is needed. EdenCourt is a member of Highland Council’sPlus One scheme. For further details pleasecontact Highland Council. Eden CourtFriends also receive generous additionaldiscounts on ticket prices – for moreinformation, see P59.
POSTAGE CHARGES
We can post your tickets to you; this will cost80p per transaction. You can of coursecollect your tickets in person at any time,either from the Box Office or from our SalesDesk.
BOOKING FEES
A 5% Booking Fee applies to all online andphone sales. Classes and other educationactivities do not attract a fee. There willcontinue to be no charge for sales made inperson at Eden Court, or at our Sales Deskin the Eastgate Centre, or at any of ouragents.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers make an ideal present and areavailable from the Box Office in anydenomination. Please note that we do notoffer, or accept Theatre Tokens.

Eden Court’s restaurant is the perfect placefor a meal, snack or drink! The restaurant isopen from 10.00 each day, serving adelicious range of snacks and homemadepastries. A full restaurant menu is servedfrom 17.00 and a range of bar snacks areavailable until 21.00. Our bars serve atempting selection of beers and wines.Coffee, tea and other non-alcoholic drinksare always available.
LATE ADMISSIONS
Please be aware that latecomers will not beadmitted to the auditorium until a suitablebreak in the performance, which may not beuntil the interval, if at all.
Our Box Office is in the foyer andis open each day from 10.00 until21.00. Our staff are here to helpyou, and can offer guidance andinfo on everything going on in andaround Eden Court.You can book tickets in person atthe theatre, or at our EastgateShopping Centre Sales Desk.
