The onlyexceptions are described on Page 40 - onelayer o ceramic plates or warming, andthe any accessory provided by Breville oruse in the ribbed section on top o the oven.I the ribbed section is used as a warmingtray during operation, protective hotpads or insulated oven mitts shouldbe used when removing heated items. unattended, disconnect the oven romthe wall outlet.Beore attempting to move the oven,

or beore assembling or disassemblingparts, cleaning or storing, turn OFF theoven, allow to cool, and disconnect romthe wall outlet.Strictly ollow the Care and Cleaning

instructions on Page 42.Do not clean with metal scouring pads.Pieces can break o the pad and touchelectrical parts, creating a risk o electricshock.Regularly clean the crumb tray to discard

crumbs. Ensure to turn OFF the oven,remove the power plug rom the walloutlet and allow the oven to cool beorepulling the crumb tray out.
