Hi Everyone.I am so excited to have you all along on this groupexperiment.It has been said that gluten causes many of us problems. Weare coming together to test this theory.To begin I want to make clear that there are glutenallergies and then there is Celiac Disease. Celiac diseaseis quite serious and of course if one should suspect thatthey may have this problem they should seek medical advice.This experiment is more for the understanding that glutencould be an everyday problem for many of us.
