The cobalt in your eyes, effervescent


with the shine of a million unshakable moons.

The outright brush of you has me floored.


Tender and firm, you graze me by the hand
and lead me to where the stars lie.

The sheer infinite sparkle corrupts my veins


and I sense nothing but your dovetailed blood
igniting embers within that we cannot control.

You make my darkness disappear;


For we are voiceless in this snowdropped sky.
I know I’ve never felt this way before…
