Wecan talk with each other around the province, exchange news of our Temples and their activities, keep up to date on the legalities (Board of Directors, bylaws - things that interest only a few of us, butkeep us legal), and share ideas and resources.Above all else we can celebrate ourachievements and successes, and build our commonpurpose and activities! This issue has a great deal of words in it, mainlythe annual reports of our Temples and the church asa whole. I found that the work was incomplete and it appears she didn’t do anythinganyways. I have been getting things together with thehelp of secretary, updating the attendance databaseand what not. All guest books prior to last Yule havegone missing, and I will be contacting old director tosee if they can be found so we can keep accuraterecords. We have cancelled the Woman’s mysteriesnight and Pagans men’s night due to insufficientparticipation. I have started a new witches questionand answer night.Vice chair: I have been pretty lax on temple thingsbecause the chair has been doing a wonderful job andnothing needed my attention. This year I have mostlybeen focused on doing priestly duties.Summoner: There is no-one in this position toreport. Anything chair had to report about this positionwas in her report.Public Relations: There was very little pressattention this year. I think this is due to people gettinguse to us. I continued to put information on postersand community notices. I have made a Facebook page, and I use this as our main source of advertisingof local temple goings on. I have also been advertisingon Witchvox. Fell behind on using the communitycalendar during summer but got it done the rest of theyear. Attendance has been down; I figure this isbecause no one has been contacting anyone on thecontact list about the rituals and events in some time.Scribe: I fell behind in the monthly reports as therewas nothing to report. However reports have nowbeen filed with provincial. Page of Pentacles’submissions have been sent on time when applicable.I have not been posting to yahoo group as there wasconcern about privacy issues. I feel other optionsshould be looked at if we still want to post minutessomewhere or I will need to be refreshed on theprocess there if I am to post there still. This can beaddressed in new business.

Ritualswent well. I like working with my Priestess andcongregation, and will continue to do this job for along time. This year I preformed one wedding, andfortunately no funerals or hospital ministry this year.Priestess: This year I preformed two weddings;one couple has been involved with the temple sincenear the beginning and one for the chair andtreasurer. I also preformed one Wiccaning, as well ascounselling work. There was less teaching neededthis year. The Library at thethreads continues to bring in $5-$10 a month for thetemple. Diane feelsmembership is down and thinks this is a good way tolet people know we are still here. Penticton’scommunity is floundering and we can reach out tothem. Diane is willing to set up a booth from her storeand reach out to other people to vendor as well.Diane we will be the pagan pride co-ordinator. If wecannot raise enough to do this event by mid-summerwe will not do this as the temple can’t afford to do it.If we can raise enough to rent the area we will goahead.
