Istanbul is the heart of trade in Turkey. Also, most of the large firms’ headquarters arelocated in Istanbul.What is the most important asset of the companies?For a company, the biggest asset is the staff of theirs. Because, if they do not have goodstaff, they can not produce quality products. But even if the company has the best staff, they arenot going to be able to produce quality. The first thing they compute about is to recruit the best staff and managers.Because, they know the importance of quality staff and managers.
