Paper Shredder
A paper shredder is a mechanical device used to cut paper
into chad, typically either strips or fine particles.
2. Binder Clip
A binder clip, or a banker's clip or foldback clip, is a simple
device for binding sheets of paper together.

A calculator is a device that is used for performing
mathematical calculations.
4. Whiteboard
The whiteboard is also used metaphorically to refer to
features of computer software applications that simulate
whiteboards. Virtual whiteboards allow one or more people to
write or draw images on a simulated canvas. This is a
common feature of many virtual meeting, collaboration, and
instant messaging applications. Today, the term Whiteboard
is also used to refer to interactive whiteboards.

events applications.

A desk is a furniture form and a class of table often used in a
work or office setting for reading or writing on or using a
computer.
7. Telephone
is a telecommunications device that transmits and receives
sound, most commonly the human voice.
8. Rolodex
The Rolodex holds specially shaped index cards; the user
writes the contact information for one person or company on
each card.
9. Ring Binders
Ring Binders are folders in which punched pieces of paper
may be held by means of clamps running through the holes in
the paper.

A photocopier (or copier) is a machine that makes paper
copies of documents and other visual images quickly and
cheaply.
11. Fax
is a telecommunications technology used to transfer copies
(facsimiles) of documents, especially using affordable devices
operating over the telephone network.
12. Eraser
An eraser or rubber is an article of stationery that is used for
removing pencil and sometimes pen writings.
13. Ruler
A ruler, or rule, is an instrument used in geometry, technical
drawing and engineering/building to measure distances
and/or to rule straight lines.
14. Pencil
A pencil is a writing or drawing device consisting of a slippery,
thin stick of pigment (usually graphite, but can also be
colored pigment or charcoal) and clay, usually encased in a
thin wood cylinder, although paper and plastic sheaths are
also used.

a flat object, which in a postal-service context is usually a
letter, card or bills.

A clock is an instrument used to indicate, measure, keep, and
co-ordinate time.
33. Calendar
A calendar is a system of organizing days for social, religious,
commercial, or administrative purposes. This is done by
giving names to periods of time, typically days, weeks,
months, and years. The name given to each day is known as
a date. Periods in a calendar (such as years and months) are
usually, though not necessarily, synchronized with the cycle
of the sun or the moon.
