YOGA FOR NECK
Using the following exercises one canremove the stiffness from the neck jointarea and improve mobility and flexibility of the neck. Please remember to keep thebreathing pattern normal. One shouldn’thold the posture for more then 10 - 30seconds and do a maximum of threerepetitions at one time, depending uponone’s level of strength and fitness.
 
EXERCISE 1
*
Place your palms on your thighs
*
Keep the back straightand slowly and gently dropthe neck and head back asfar as it will comfortably go
*
Hold on to the posture for 10 - 25 seconds
*
Then, slowly relax thehead
*
Repeat the samemovement thrice.
