Kronos: Southern African Histories
is published annually by the Department of Historyand the Centre for Humanities Research at the University of the Western Cape. It is anaccredited South African journal that aims to promote and publicise high quality his-torical research on southern Africa. The journal also encourages comparative studies andthe work of scholars in allied disciplines, as well as seeking to break new ground in itsdynamic integration of visuals and text.
