Update to Stanford Further Action Clients

Dear Stanford Further Actions Client:

As many of you are aware, pursuant to the Courts July 2, 2014 Order granting the
Receivers Motion for Approval of Second Interim Distribution Plan, on November 5, 2014, the
Receiver submitted his First Schedule of Payments to be made Pursuant to the Second Interim
Plan. Accordingly, the Receiver expects to begin the process of sending payments listed therein
on or about November 15, 2014. The schedule indicates that the Receiver intends to make
payments totaling $11,775,753.27.
As we previously informed you, over the past several months, KLS has been actively
resolving the final administrative issues with both the Receiver and Liquidator in order to ensure
that all clients receive funds without delay. Accordingly, many of you have submitted
authorization forms in order to receive your distributions. If you have not submitted your
executed authorization form, we ask that you immediately sign the authorization form below and
return it to KLS. Further, if you have not already done so, all KLS clients requesting further
distribution must confirm receipt of this email and provide their most up to date addresses and
wire transfer information on the form attached.

Como muchos de ustedes saben, por la orden de la Corte el julio 2, 2014 se concedi la
aprobacin del Segundo Plan de Distribucin Provisional. El 5 de noviembre de 2014, el
Receptor present su primera lista para catalogar pagos con respecto al segundo plan provisional.
Por lo tanto, el Receptor espera comenzar el proceso de enviar los pagos que figuran alrededor
del 15 de noviembre de 2014. El calendario indica que el receptor tiene la intencin de hacer
pagos por un total de $11,775,753.27.
Como informamos anteriormente, en los ltimos meses, KLS sigue resolviendo
