Greetings Kenosis23, I'm sorry I didn't comment earlier. I didn't see the notice I guess. I think there are times when we do forget, or walk off the path so to speak. We know there has been growth because we now realize when we have and can then readjust and find our way back to the path that gives us the most comfort for our spirit. We know we are there because it feels right, it feels good. When we are out of balance or off center, we can feel that too because it doesn't feel good. I think we all have a ways to go. We are all works in progress and our work, in my humble opinion, is never done. I never heard anyone announce "Ok, I'm done, I've learned it all, there's no more I need to know." LOL Be well my friend and I am so happy you are finding that positive energy. Bless your heart. You are so welcome. Yet, I am of the feeling that we are all here to help and encourage and support one another. Live, Love, Laugh and be Happy. Life is good. :)

Thank you for your healing words. Recently I had lost my path and forgot to apply my advice, that I have so readily given to others, to myself. I had forgotten that taking care of myself, was also taking care of others. I still have a ways to go, but I am more positive about my personal situation than I have been in a while. Again, thank you. :-)

Greetings Kenosis23, we all need to be reminded from time to time. I too need this. You are a great gift for the help you offer others. We each are gifts both to ourselves and to others. Everything is truly a gift and one just needs to remember this and appreciate all our many blessings. They are right there, and they are free for the viewing. Wonderful. Life is good. :)

Sounds like an exercise I used to use when I worked in the field of mental health. I called it "counting your blessings." People who are depressed often don't notice the good things that happen to them and so I would suggest that a time be set apart everyday for counting of those unnoticed blessings. the only problem is that i had forgotten this exercise myself. (Now I'll have to add again to the list of "Reminders" to myself that I have uploaded.) Thank you for reminding me.

Warm Greetings Johnny, thank you so much for your kind words. In the busy hustle and bustle of life, we are in fact forgetting some very important things that truly feed our spirits, in my humble opinion. We only need to slow down and we can see so much that we are missing. We are in fact each great gifts in and of ourselves and we can give so much to others. We can honor and respect one another and all animals and plants. There is so much magic in every day. I hope you find all the magic that is out there for you today. :)

Greetings to you dear Samvit, yes, we are on that same bus. :) I know we would not nap when there is so very much to see, to think about and to talk about. How wonderful. And, we can see all the gifts there for us. There are gifts everywhere. You are a gift. The beauty is in your soul. You write and then you share that gift with so many others. This is most wonderful. Live, Love, Laugh and be Happy. Life is good. :)

:-) i like this bus so much specially with both of you dear friends who always make sure that i am looking out side of the window and not taking a nap.

This bus ride is so pretty and so adventurous that i don't want to be unaware of any gift given to me from the existence.

These small things, the small portion of my life i devote to reading such articles makes me aware of the very essence of the life, that is to smile and enjoy every single small gift which is available to us from the mother of us all.

These gifts are truly the way to be rich. They can never be taken away, no matter how the stock market performs or what mistakes a government makes.

Thanks for the reminder Judi. By the way, I only read this article after posting my own, so we think alike. But you already knew that.
