The idea with the pyramid principal is to develop your storylineFIRST even if you don’t know all the facts… after you have thestory down you can set out to “prove it”.The supporting assertions are what would have to be true so that thehypothesis is true. Don’t leave anything out... you need to describe acomplete business machine including the product, market, competition,operations, finance, etc. Leaving out one key supporting assertion couldmean that you proved “most” of the story but missed some issue that killsthe idea…
