If you would like to tag additional accounts to your Folio, please provide a list of such Account Numbers below. All
accounts listed below will be consolidated into the above said Folio and then tagged to your HPIN. Only accounts with
the same names of all holders/guardian, number of holders, order of holding, holding type, social status, address, PAN
and Account Source can be tagged to one folio and HPIN. If the accounts below do
not have the same details, you will be issued more than one HPIN.
Alternatively, you can consolidate multiple folios into one, subject to the above mentioned criteria, at any time.
