Allround Automations licenses the following software to you only upon the condition that you acceptall of the terms contained in this license agreement. Please read the terms carefully before installing thissoftware any further, as further installing this software will indicate your assent to them. If you do notagree to these terms, then Allround Automations is unwilling to license the software to you, in whichevent you should return the full product with proof of purchase to the dealer from whom it was acquiredwithin fourteen days of purchase, and your money will be refunded, unless the software packagereturned proofs to the conditions of Allround Automations that full installation has been made anyway,in which case your money will not be refunded.
License and Warranty
The software that accompanies this license (the "Software") is the property of Allround Automations or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. While Allround Automations continues to own theSoftware, you will have certain rights to use the Software after your acceptance of this license. Exceptas may be modified by a license addendum which should accompany this license if present, your rightsand obligations with respect to the use of this Software are as follows:
1.Use one copy of the Software on a single computer;2.Make one copy of the Software for archival purposes, or copy the Software onto the hard disk of your computer and retain the original for archival purposes;3.Use the Software on a network, provided that you have a licensed copy of the Software for eachcomputer that can access the Software over that network;4.After written notice to Allround Automations, transfer the Software on a permanent basis toanother person or entity, provided that you retain no copies of the Software and the transfereeagrees to the terms of this agreements;5.Sell any product developed by you using the Software for creating executable files without anyroyalties to Allround Automations, provided that you use a licensed copy of the Softwareregistered on your name;6.If a single person uses the computer on which the Software is installed at least 80% of the time,then, provided that person uses a licensed copy of he Software, that person may also use theSoftware on a single home computer.
You may not
1.Copy the documentation which accompanies the Software either in electronic or written form;2.Sublicense, rent or lease any portion of the Software;3.Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover thesource code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software in any other ways asgranted in article 5 under "You may" unless you have a licensed copy of the Software alsocontaining the source code (which is a special license);4.Use a previous version or copy of the Software after you have received a replacement set by emailor disk or an upgraded version as a replacement of the prior version. All copies of the prior version must be destroyed.
