Government Defendants Dave Heineman, Attorney General Jon Bruning,


State Tax Commissioner Kim Conroy, and HHS CEO Kerry Winterer (State
Defendants) move for an extension of time until January 22, 2015, to respond to
Plaintiffs motion for preliminary injunction (Filing 10). Good cause for this
extension of time is described in the supporting brief filed simultaneously with this
motion.
