PLAINTIFFS OPPOSITION
TO MOTION TO INTERVENE
Plaintiffs oppose the motion to intervene filed by Harold Wilson and Gracy Sedlak (the
proposed intervenors). The proposed intervenors fail to satisfy the requirements for
intervention as of right or for permissive intervention. Plaintiffs therefore ask the Court to deny
their request to intervene and have submitted a brief in support of such opposition.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully request that this Court deny the motion to
intervene filed by Harold Wilson and Gracy Sedlak.
Dated, this 29th day of December, 2014
Respectfully submitted,
