Menurut pakar gizi dan kesehatan, komposisi makan sehari-hari kita seharusnyaadalah
80% sayur dan buah-buahan
(makanan beralkali tinggi) serta
20% nasi,daging, ikan, roti dan lain-lain
(makanan berasid tinggi). Tetapi yang biasa kitamakan justru
sebaliknya
yaitu : 80% adalah nasi, daging, ikan, roti dan 20% adalahsayur dan buah-buahan. Komposisi yang salah ini, selama bertahun-tahun terjadiakumulasi, menyebabkan darah kita menjadi semakin asid dan semakin kental.Darah yang kental menyebabkan kerja jantung menjadi semakin berat.
