POOL PASSES
Old pool passes
WILL NOT
be used this year.
ALL passes will be checkedeach time you enter the pool area. Anyone without a pass will not beallowed in.
Only those residents who are listed on the lease will be allowedentrance to the pool on a resident pass. If
 
you are not on the lease, you willneed a guest pass! Only one day guest passes will be sold this year. Guestpasses will be sold ONLY to an adult resident who is a lease holder.
NO
 guest passes will be sold to anyone under 18 years of age who is not a leaseholder. There will be a $10.00 charge to replace any lost pool passes.

FIREWORKS
With the holiday fast approaching, just a small reminder.Fireworksare not permitted on thecommunity property. The onlyexception to this ruling will besparklers for the children. Withthe many trees, and buildings, thisis a major fire concern . Beadvised, the police will be calledfor anyone caught or seen withany otherfireworks in thecommunity,and will beprosecuted tothe fullestextent of thelaw.
QUIET TIMEAfter the hour of 10pm is considered quiet time.Please be sure stereos, & TVs are turned to acomfortable volume. In addition,appliances are NOT to be used afterthis hour. This is in accordance withyour lease. Any home violating thisordinance will be reprimanded to theextent of possible evictionproceedings for repeat offenders.
ATTENTION PARENTS
It is prohibited for children to beclimbing the trees. Its is alsorequested that the children stayoff the green electrical boxes thatare located throughout thecommunity. Both of these areconsidered to be a safety issue.It is our desire forall children tohave a safe andhappy summer
PATIO/BALCONY AREAS
 
Now is the time for you to get your patio/balcony areas in order forsummer. Swings to include patio or infant CANNOT be attached to thepatio or balcony roof in any way. In addition, clotheslines are notpermitted on patios/balconies. All trash must be taken to thedumpsters. Our staff
DOES NOT
take out trash forresidents. You are responsible for the disposal ofyour own trash. You will be cited for any trash lefton patios/balconies. This not only smells bad foryour surrounding neighbors, and is an eyesore, butit also draws unwanted visitors such as flies, birds,squirrels, skunks, etc.
 
LANDSCAPER REQUESTS
No toys, swings, picnic tables, bikes, etc. are allowedto be left on the grassy areas outside your home.These items must be on your patio. The landscaper

No heatNo air conditioningWater leakNo hot waterClogs/back upsRefrigerator/ stove not workingWhen calling after office hours, call the regular officenumber, and listen to the message for directions onhow to reach the emergency service. Please bepatient, especially during summer months when therecould be a bit of a wait for no air conditioning. Restassured, a technician will receive your call and willrespond as soon as possible.
POOL PARKING
 
When using the pool during normalbusiness hours, please refrain fromparking directly in front of the fitness,and beauty salon. There areparking spaces across from thesalon and fitness center. Weappreciate your cooperation.
CLIMBING UP/DOWN BALCONIES
Climbing up or down the balconies is strictly
PROHIBITED
. If you get locked out of yourapartment, you must call the office or after hoursemergency to get into your home. DO NOT climb onthe balconies. The are not constructed to be used inthat way. If caught climbing on the balconies, youWILL be prosecuted and charged with all damagesincurred.
ATTENTION RESIDENTS OFMIDRISE AND SHARED BUILDING
When a fire alarm is sounding, all residentsmust vacate your apartments. This is foryour safety consideration. This is by orderof the Fire Marshall.

This is totally a volunteer group, and our volunteers spend manylong hours raising funds to support the animals in our care. Weare a new group that just started helping animals in May 2007,we however are 501c3 recognized by the IRS non profit group.Although we are a new group, most of our volunteers are not newto rescue, many have had 10 or more years in animal rescue
