This manual provides information and guidance on the design, analysis,and construction of concrete arch dams.
2. Applicability.
This manual applies to HQUSACE elements, major subordinate com-mands, districts, laboratories, and field operating activities (FOA) having civilworks responsibilities.
3. Discussion.
