Previous Minutes

David Ogg ran through the previous minutes, and these were unanimouslyapproved.

Hampden Museum Night

This was considered successful, although the extremely wet weather probablydidn’t help the turnout. The use of the function suite cost £57:50p

Finance Update

Ian Kelly reported that funds remain at around £5,000. Alan Hutcheson says hisaccountant contact is prepared to do the lay audit. David Ogg said this wouldneed to be done before the AGM. Ian will contact Elaine Miller for an outline layaudit report to show to the auditor, and liaise with Alan.

Shirts

We now appear to have two sets of shirts. Donald Anderson will check and see if he can find the original pair received from the club. David Ogg reported that,despite contacting Arthur Lynch at the club and arranging to sponsor Alex Neil’ssecond strip, no invoice has been received. Ian Kelly notes that we are notmentioned in the programme either. Alan Hutcheson suggested leaving it for thisyear and making sure it’s sorted in June for next season.

Lottery Grant 2014

Darren Jameson was going to look into this, but has he is not present we have nofurther information.

AGM Communication

David Ogg will finalise his email circular for members and prepare letters for theremainder to be posted on Tuesday. Graeme Brown will do the mail shot once hereceived the finalised notice from David.The new communication will note that, due to a possible rearranged fixture, ourpreviously advertised date may now coincide with the St Mirren game. The fallback date will be Thursday 18

February at 7pm prior to the existing plannedmeeting with Eddie Smith from the Refs Association.Donald Anderson noted that motion needs to be approved to allow a lay auditagain next year, and will find the wording used at the last AGM.
