About THE 2010 Intention Empowerment

The 2009 Intention Empowerment was a special energy to help manifestpositive intentions for the year 2009. The 2010 Intention Empowerment is similar to last year's, with additional energy to help with change and transformation. For many, 2010 may be a year of struggles and challenges, and this energy canhelp to make dealing with those challenges easier.When receiving this empowerment, focus on a quality you want or a goal you'dlike to achieve in 2010. This empowerment helps shift your energy to make iteasier to stay true to your intention. It is not a guarantee and it cannot changethe free will of others, so it is a good idea to work with an intention that is aboutyou and what you can control in your personal sphere of influence.For example, let's say you are unhappy with how your boyfriend treats you. Trythe proactive statement: “I intend to have a positive, supportive romanticrelationship” rather than “I intend for so-and-so to treat me better.” It may be thatyour relationship will improve, or, you may be guided to end the relationship andstart a better one with a more appropriate partner.

To Activate

This empowerment is very simple to use:

Go into meditation and connect with your higher self. Focus on your intention.Then ask your higher self to energize your intention with the 2010 IntentionEmpowerment.

You can also give this empowerment to clients. Ask them to focus on anintention. To send the intention, say to yourself:

Higher self, please send the 2010 Intention Empowerment energy to <name>.

To Attune Others

Connect to your higher self, and then the higher self of the recipient. Ask toconnect to the “2010 Intention Empowerment” energy. See it as a golden ball of light.Use your traditional attunement method if in person to send the ball of light intothe crown chakra.Via distance, imagine the person in front of you as you send the ball of light tothe recipient.There is no time-limit or limit on re-attunements.This energy can be freely shared with anyone, and it is also OK to charge for providing a personalized attunement if you offer attunements as part of your Reiki practice.
