relation to (1) above, these documents are outside the scope of the FOI Acts: I understand
that

In
relation to (2) and (3) above, the attached spreadsheet outlines the
fees
involved. ThisDepartment does
not
hold copies
of the
contracts, which
are a
matter
for the
Tribunal
itself.
