Description

Request for copies of scanned documents is denied because "the GAO will continue to possess the original paper collection of the histories" and are not "records ... because GAO preserved them solely for convenience of reference." We are, of course, welcome to stop by the GAO offices and make paper copies at 20 cents per page.
