SECTION 1. (1) As used in this section, sobriety checkpoint means a roadblock estab-
lished for the purpose of apprehending persons who are driving while under the influence of

SECTION 2. This 2015 Act does not become effective unless the amendment to the

Oregon Constitution proposed by Senate Joint Resolution 3 (2015) is approved by the people

at the regular general election held in November 2016. This 2015 Act becomes effective on the
