It brings together scholars from different backgrounds to reflect on the possibility of a transnational critical conversation and dialogue about modern Mediterranean women writers such as Anna Maria Ortese, Malissa Bey, Leda Rafanelli, Nagwa Sha'ban, and Etel Adnan, among others.
