KUCHEN DE MIGASINGREDIENTES

Para la Masa:
-
1 ¼ taza de harina sin polvos
-
50 grs de azúcar
-
1 huevo
-
1 cdta de jugo de limón
-
1 cda de leche
-
50 grs de mantequilla
-
Para el Relleno:
-
125 grs de harina sin polvos
-
80 grs de mantequilla
-
60 grs de azúcar granulada
-
250 grs de mermelada de frambuesas
PREPARACIÓN
1.Prepare una masa blanda con los ingredientes que se indican.Forre el molde con esta masa, pínchela con un tenedor ycúbrala con mermelada.2.Ablande la mantequilla y júntela con la harina sin polvos dehornear y con el azúcar.3.Tome la mezcla entre sus manos y frótela para que se formenpequeños gránulos. Déjelos caer en forma de migas sobre elkuchen crudo.
