Interview with Tony Elumelu, outgoing CEO of the UBA Group, one of Nigeria's preeminent financial conglomerates on the legacy he will be bequeathing to his successor and his vision for the bank. He also discusses his post-UBA plans.
Elumelu will be stepping down as CEO from the institution he helped build into 'Africa's global bank' on July 31, 2010.
His departure is instigated by the new Central Bank of Nigeria rule that any CEO who has occupied the position for up to ten years must step down at the end of July 2010.
