Citi Ponds iconic setting attracted numerous film and TV shoots, including news
broadcasts, reality TV and commerical backdrops. With a collective audience of
over 21 million, these notable productions helped spread the venues appeal both
nationally and internationally.
Premium television network, HBO, filmed a segment for its annual
mini-series 24/7: Road to the NHL Winter Classic, featuring New
York Ranger hockey players and their families skating at Citi Pond.
Kelly Ripa of Live with Regis and Kelly personally visited Citi
Pond and gave positive reviews of her experience the next day on
the show, praising the rink as a gem in the middle of the city.
Lifestyle television network, TLC, used Citi Pond as the setting for
an episode of its original series Long Island Medium.
Bravos hit reality series The Real Housewives of New York City

The coolest outdoor film festival returned for its
second year with classic winter flicks shown weekly
on a 900-square foot outdoor screen. Partnering
with Google, Citi Pond gave visitors the opportunity
to purchase ticket packages for access to an
exclusive viewing lounge at Celsius, complete with
movie-themed dinner specials. With 261,307,647
media impressions, Citi Ponds 2012 Winter Film

Citi Ponds commitment to strong community activation and interaction makes it an
ideal platform for charitable organizations and for giving back.
Give Back to NYC Repack Event December 2, 2011
City Harvest and Citibank teamed up to stage their third annual largescale repacking event, distributing healthy food to New York Citys
needy. Over 100 Citibank volunteers brought Citi Pond to life during
this charitable event.
New York Cares Coat Drive - November 1, 2011 January 1, 2012
Citi Pond continued its highly impactful charitable partnership
with the New York Cares Coat Drive. Over the past seven years,
generous New Yorkers have donated over 60,000 coats for the
citys homeless, making Citi Pond one of the most successful dropoff locations of the drive.
The Skate Against Breast Cancer Benefit Show January 7, 2012
To raise money and awareness for the fight against Breast Cancer,
Citi Pond partnered with non-profit organization Iced Pink to host a
benefit ice concert. This free showcase featured live performances
by numerous Olympic skaters including Emily and Sarah Hughes,
Kimmie Meissner, Timothy Goebel, Nicole Bobek, Melissa Gregory
and Denis Petukho.
Nuns on Ice February 16, 2012
This unique event featured a performance by the cast of Broadways Sister Act, ticket giveaways and complimentary nuns habits
for the first 100 skaters. A portion of the events proceeds were
donated to partner charity Gods Love We Deliver.
Windward Schools Skate Day January 30, 2012
Citi Pond hosted a fundraiser for Windward School, where guests
were treated to a day of fun on the ice with complimentary snacks,
giveaways and skating lessons. A portion of the proceeds benefited
the school, which focuses on helping students with language-based
learning disabilities.
Big Apple Pond Hockey Classic February 25, 2012
The second annual Pond Hockey Classic provided New Yorkers
with a rare opportunity to experience traditional Pond Hockey
in an urban setting. A portion of the days proceeds benefited
a local non-profit organization devoted to promoting academic
achievement through youth hockey.
Feeding America Food Drive December 23 27, 2011
Citi Pond and DreamWorks Pictures The Help joined forces with
the nations leading domestic hunger-relief charity, Feeding America,
to collect food donation during the prime holiday season. With a
successful turnout, Citi Pond became NYCs leading donation site.

Each year, Celsius hosts a series of signature events that reflect its stylish culinary and
architectural charm while intriguing new guests and continuously exciting loyal patrons.
Valentines Day
On Valentines Day, Celsius was transformed into a rink-side dining retreat
for lovers, featuring an indulgent menu. Citi Ponds festive pink lighting
set a backdrop for romance as guests enjoyed themed menu selections
such as Tuscan lollipops, crab cakes and lavender cheesecake.

Pernod Ricard brought its avant-garde style to Celsius for its annual
holiday party, with cocktails created by the brands own awardwinning mixologist and performances by Cirque-tacular.
General Electric Company (GE) Holiday Bash
General Electric selected Celsius for its second-annual holiday party,
where employees and executives mingled over signature cocktails.
Toy Industry Association Media Event
Celsius was transformed into an exclusive press event where media
and invited guests experienced the top selling toys of the year.
Westfield Global Party
Top level global executives from shopping center developer, The
Westfield Group, gathered at Celsius for a corporate celebration
complete with dinner, drinks and a special on-ice performance.
Quinny & Maxi Cosi Fashion Show
Bravo TVs Rosie Pope from Pregnant in Heels hosted a moms
dream fashion show on a custom built runway in Celsius. Featuring
over 100 car seats, strollers and buggies, the show highlighted the
seasons hottest products by baby care travel brands, Quinny and
Maxi-Cosi. NYC mommy bloggers shared live tweets and video
streams from the event.
John Frieda for Conair Pop-Up Salon
Conair remodeled Celsius into a glamorous holiday salon, complete
with a festive tree adorned in John Frieda styling products. In
addition to sampling the new Hot Tools line, guests were also
treated to makeovers by Conair specialists and snacks by Cuisinart.
Diary of Wimpy Kid Book Launch
The New York Times best-selling series, Diary of a Wimpy Kid,
launched its latest installment of the family favorite at Celsius. Guests
were invited for a book signing with author Jeff Kinney, as well as a
meet-and-greet with Zachary Gordon, the star of the popular film
adaptation.

Celebrating its tenth season, The Holiday Shops at Bryant Park once again brought
to life wintertime shopping with its juried collection of unique artisans from around
the world.
Eco-Conscious
From zero-impact wooden wristwatches to handbags made of repurposed
automobile tires, The Holiday Shops offered an array of one-of-a-kind,
environmentally friendly selections.
Sweet Treats
Featuring specialty foods that reflect the cultural diversity of the market, 14
food and beverage kiosks provided tempting treats in a cozy environment
for shopping snacks and workday lunch breaks alike.
Kids
The Holiday Shops were a hit for both adults and kids, with quirky stores
specializing in fun and interactive childrens toys, cuddly accessories, cool
clothes and more.

Event Highlights
In an effort to engage loyal patrons and celebrate the shopping season, The
Holiday Shops hosted a series of themed events, promotions and giveaways.
Season Kick-Off - Bloggerss Night Out
Over 100 NYC-based bloggers were invited to cheers the 10th season of
The Holiday Shops at an exclusive, social-media themed cocktail party at
Celsius. A special event hashtag was created, and attendees received gift
bags containing goodies from The Shops.
Scavenger Hunt
In conjunction with the Citi Pond Fall Harvest Festival, The Holiday Shops
hosted a Scavenger Hunt, where participants were encouraged to explore
the venue in search of mystery items. Winners received a generous
prize package of gift certificates and were spotlighted on The Holiday
Shops website.
Holiday Caroling with The Mistletones
In festive holiday attire, caroling group The Mistletones strolled through
the shops, entertaining patrons with their repertoire of cheerful, winterthemed tunes.
Cyber Monday Virtual Party
In honor of the biggest online shopping day of the year, The Holiday
Shops utilized Facebook and Twitter for a day of trivia and giveaways.
Trivia questions highlighted each shop, and the savviest winners received
gift certificates.
Spanning the Globe Event
To celebrate the cultural diversity of its patrons, The Holiday Shops
acknowledged visitors from near and far. Street teams scoured the park
in search of the first shopper from each state and country, treating these
international visitors with gift certificates and social media fame.
New York Cares Coat Drive
The Holiday Shops and Citi Pond rewarded visitors who donated winter
coats to New Yorkers in need. Participants received one gift certificate to
a shop of their choice for each coat they donated, and were featured on
The Holiday Shops website.
New Years Eve Social Media Party
The Holiday Shops helped its social media fans ring in the new year in
style with gift certificate giveaways.

The Holiday Tree shined bright as a focal point for park visitors, special
events, Celsius patrons and film/TV shoots. Fully visible from 40th
Street, 42nd Street, Sixth Avenue and beyond, the 53 foot tall Norway
Spruce created the ideal centerpiece for the annual Citi Pond Holiday
Tree Lighting Ceremony that was attended by an audience of 9,000.
