Daging dan tulang kaki sapi – 1 KgAsam jawa mentah – 5 ruas panjangCabe rawit hijau – 15 butir Garam secukupnya.Jeruk nipis.
Cara Pembuatan :
Cuci daging dan tulang kaki sapi hingga bersih
Jerang air dalam panci hingga mendidih
Masukkan daging dan tulang sapi, masak hingga empuk
Buang air rebusan daging dan tiriskan, kemudian jerang air dipanci lainnya, masukkan kembali daging yang telah dimasak,ini diperlukan untuk mengurangi lemak pada air rebusan
