It reduces records enormously. It instantly reveals ownership. It protects against encumbrances not noted on the Torrens Certificate. It makes fraud almost impossible. It assures. It keeps up the system without adding to the burden of taxation because the beneficiaries of the system pay the fees. It eliminates tax titles. It gives state title eternal title as the state insure perpetually. It furnishes state title insurance instead of private title insurance. It makes possible the transfer of titles or of loans within the compass of hours instead of a matter of days and week.

PRIBILEHIYO NG TITULO TORENS (TORRENS TITLE) ANG KAPARAANAN NA DAPAT MAIPAGPATULOY KAYLAN PA MAN PARA SA BAYAN Bilang na tiningnan ng ibang kapangyarihan sa paksa, ang Torrens System ay may mga pakinabang: 1. 2. 3. At sa pagbubuwag ng walang katapusang pagbabayad ng buwis ng palupa. At sa pag-aalis ng paulit-ulit na pag-eksamin ng hindi Titulo Torens. At magpababa sa talang pangakong ikalulugod sa pang-yayari ayon sa Titulo Torens (Torrens Title). At agad-agad ipagtapat sa pagmamay-ari. At ipagtatanggol laban sa galaw ng karaniwang dokumento na hindi kilala ang Titulo Torens (Torrens Title). At hindi maaaring gumagawa halos ng pandaraya. At makakasiguro ka. At malayo sa gulo at kaayusan ng walang karagdagang pabigat na buwis dahil sa benepisyo sa kaparaanan at kaayusang tamang pagbabayad. At pagpa-alis sa buwis ng Titulo Torens. At hinahandugan at isinasagawa kahit magpasakabilang buhay ang Titulo Torens at ang bansa ay tinitiyak na pamamalagiin ang pag-aaruga ng priyoridad at mga pribilehiyo. At binibigyan ng bansa ng kasiguraduhan ang Titulo Torens sa halip ang pribadong Titulo. At maaaring magagawa agad ang paglilipat sa Titulo Torens sa mga pautang na nakapaloob sa kumpas ng oras sa halip sa mga bagay na araw o linggo.
