•All Safe Operating practices should be followed –no
lapse on this account is to be permitted.
•All Staff should be fully knowledgeable on safe
operating practices.
•Fire fighting/ DCMP/Fire Drills should be carried out in
all seriousness.
•Safety talk and safety culture to be inculcated - Share
the knowledge/learning from other accidents.
•All safety equipment should be fully operational and
regularly tested.
•All Staff and contractors should wear all reqd. PPE.
•All maintenance work is carried out under proper
work permit system.
•Work permits are issued only when the safe working
conditions exist.
