But to settle once and for all theissue of ownership over the land under OCT No.T-01-4together with the reconstitution of lost owner and theduplicate copies of its original WAS A Motion filed by theRepublic of the Philippines and, including the return of precious metals and stones consisting of 617,500 metric tonsof gold and 500,000 pieces of 10 carat diamonds to theRoyal family is another Motion filed by the herein intervenorthat needs to be resolved under the same Sala that originally
