500 gms fish fillets1 cup button mushrooms, washed and chopped3 tbsp butter1/2 cup milk1 tbsp cornflour1/4 carrot, shredded1/4 cup boiled peasSalt as per taste1/4 tsp black pepper1/8 tsp oregano2 tbsp celery, chopped finely
Clean the fillets an cur into serving sizeHeat 2 butter in a pan, cook the fish fillets till they flake easilyKeep warm, heat 1 tbsp butterAdd cornstarch and stir for 3 minutesAdd milk and stir continuously, to avoid lumpsAdd salt, oregano and black pepperAdd mushrooms, carrot and peasCook till thickened, pour over cooked filletsGarnish with cerely, serve with bread
If the fillets are cold, warm in the oven and then pour the sauce.
