 A mixture of field greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion and carrot tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.
Warm Frisee Salad
Frisee lettuce tossed in a warm orange chipotle maple vinaigrette. Garnished with orange segments,crispy applewood bacon, dried cranberries and gorgonzola cheese.
Lobster Bisque
The chef’s own lobster broth mixed with lobster meat and diced tomato; 
 Garnished with fresh herbs

Grilled petite filet and a 5ounce lobster tail Served with garlic mashed potato and vegetable medley 
Pesto Rubbed Veal Chop
10 ounce veal chop marinated in basil, garlic, and citrus. Pan seared then oven roasted to finish and topped with a basil pesto and drizzled with a veal demi-glace. Served with creamy Yukon gold potatoes and sautéed vegetable medley.
Pistachio Encrusted Halibut
Halibut filet pan seared and topped with a pistachio cilantro pesto. Lightly braised with a saffron scented court bullion with the addition of little neck clams, diced tomato, lemon juice and fresh ginger.Served in a bowl with white rice and a side of French bread.
